TubeBending.

The right angle. Every time. No guessing.

From simple single-radius bends to complex multi-bend assemblies, we bend steel, stainless, and aluminum tubing to your drawings — mandrel and rotary bending, in-house, with direct handoff to our welding and fabrication departments when the job needs more than just a bend.

Mandrel & Rotary

Bent to your print.
Ready to weld.

A tube that doesn't match the print creates fitment problems downstream — gaps in the joint, misaligned assemblies, rework. We bend to your drawing dimensions and check the geometry before the part moves to the next operation.

  • Mandrel bending maintains wall integrity on tight-radius bends
  • Rotary draw bending for clean, consistent bends on round and square tube
  • Multi-radius parts with multiple bends held to drawing geometry throughout
  • Steel, stainless, and aluminum — each with the right tooling for the material
  • Parts integrated directly with welding and fabrication when the job continues
  • Prototypes bent fast — no tooling lead time for most standard tube sizes

Drawing to Bent Part

Straight stock.
Formed part.

Send your drawing and tubing specs. We confirm we have tooling for your size, set up, bend to geometry, check it, and get it to the next operation or shipped to you.

01

Review Drawing

Tube OD, wall thickness, bend radii, and angle sequence reviewed against your drawing. We confirm we have the right tooling before committing to a price.

02

Set Up Tooling

Bend tooling set up for your tube size and radius. Springback dialed in for your material and wall — first part bent and checked before running quantity.

03

Bend to Print

Parts bent to drawing geometry. Multi-bend parts checked progressively to catch any deviation before the final bend. Wall integrity confirmed on tight radii.

04

Check & Hand Off

Final geometry verified against the drawing. Parts staged for welding, fabrication, or assembly in-house — or packaged and shipped directly to your facility.

What We Bend

Common Applications.

Structural Frames

Bent tube members for machine frames, equipment structures, and support systems — formed to fit-up dimensions and welded into complete assemblies in-house.

Handrails & Guardrails

Round and square tube bent to code dimensions for handrails, guardrails, and safety barriers — consistent radius and angle across every section.

Equipment Tubing

Custom bent tubing for hydraulic lines, pneumatic routing, and equipment plumbing — bent to routing geometry to eliminate as many fittings and joints as possible.

Multi-Bend Assemblies

Complex parts with multiple bends, compound angles, and tight spatial requirements — bent progressively and verified against the drawing at each bend sequence.

Custom Brackets

Tube and pipe formed into custom bracket shapes, support arms, and mounting hardware — a more elegant solution than welding flat bar when the geometry allows it.

Prototypes & One-Offs

Single prototype parts bent and checked to drawing. No minimum quantity — if you need one bent right, we do one. No penalty for not running a production quantity.
