Review Print
We review your drawing for tolerances, features, and material. Any questions about fit, function, or GD&T callouts get answered before the machine starts.
Program & Set Up
Toolpaths programmed and workholding set up for your part. First-piece setup is proven-out before running production quantities — no surprises mid-run.
Machine
Parts machined to drawing dimensions. In-process checks during the run confirm we're holding tolerance — not just hoping we are.
Inspect & Deliver
Final dimensional inspection before parts leave the machine. Staged for welding or fabrication, or packaged and shipped directly to you.
Common Applications.
Shafts & Spindles
Turned shafts held to close diameter and runout tolerances — keyways, shoulders, threads, and surface finish all machined in a single setup where possible.
Plates & Blocks
Milled flat stock, tooling plates, and block components with bolt patterns, pockets, and counterbores — surfaces parallel and perpendicular, holes to true position.
Flanges & Fittings
Turned flanges, pipe fittings, and connection hardware — face machined, bored to fit, and threaded as required for pressure and structural applications.
Post-Weld Machining
Welded assemblies machined after welding to bring mating faces, bores, and mounting features to final dimension — works with our in-house weld department.
Bushings & Spacers
Turned sleeves, spacers, and bushings in any material — ID and OD held to press or slip fit, lengths cut square and to print.
Repair & Rework
Worn or damaged components re-machined to restore fit and function. Replacement parts machined to match originals when prints aren't available.
