CNC Sawing.
The first cut sets up everything downstream.
CNC sawing is the starting point for most of what we build. Accurate, repeatable cuts on bar stock, tube, pipe, and structural shapes — clean enough to go straight to machining or weld fit-up without secondary cleanup. One-off pieces or a thousand, same precision either way.

Shapes & Profiles
Clean cuts.
Zero rework.
A rough or out-of-tolerance first cut creates problems all the way down the line — extra time on the machine, gaps in the weld joint, scrap. Our CNC saws produce consistent, burr-free cuts that feed directly into machining or fabrication without secondary work.
- Repeatable length cuts held tight — same dimension part after part
- Clean, square cut faces reduce machining stock allowance needed
- Tight fit-up on tube and structural for cleaner weld joints
- Production quantities cut to length and staged for next operation
- Integrated directly with our machining and fabrication departments
- No minimum order — single pieces cut same-day when needed
Stock in.
Blanks out.
Simple, fast, and consistent. Raw stock comes in, gets cut to your specified length, and moves straight to the next operation — machining, welding, or shipping.
Review Specs
Material type, size, cut length, quantity, and tolerance reviewed. We confirm we have stock on hand or source it before you're waiting on us.
Set Up & Program
The saw is set to your cut length and programmed for your quantity. Stops and feeds are dialed — consistent from the first cut to the last.
Cut to Length
Parts are cut, checked for length accuracy, and de-burred. Clean, square faces — ready for your next operation without extra work on your end.
Stage or Ship
Cut blanks staged directly for our machining or fabrication departments, or packaged and shipped to you — same-day for most standard jobs.
Common Applications.
Machining Blanks
Bar stock cut to length before CNC turning or milling. Clean, accurate cuts mean less stock allowance needed and faster cycle times on the machine.
Tube & Pipe Cutting
Round and square tube and pipe cut to frame lengths for weldments. Square, burr-free faces improve fit-up and reduce weld prep time significantly.
Structural Members
Angle iron, channel, I-beam, and W-beam cut to length for structural fabrication. Consistent dimensions across every piece in a frame or assembly.
Production Runs
High-volume repeat cuts for ongoing production programs. Once set up, the same dimension is held part after part — no variation creeping in over a run.
Plate & Block
Thick plate and solid block cut to size for tooling, fixture plates, and heavy structural applications. Flat bar cut to width or length for brackets and supports.
One-Off & Same-Day
No minimum quantity. Single pieces cut and ready same-day when you need material fast — no waiting for a production run to justify the setup.
