DXF, DWG, or PDF works. We review the geometry, confirm material and thickness, and flag any features that need attention before cutting begins.

Parts are programmed and nested for material efficiency. Tight nesting means less scrap, which keeps your per-part cost down on production runs.

Laser Cut

Parts are cut on the 4,000W CNC. Clean, accurate edges with minimal heat-affected zone — most parts go straight to the next operation without cleanup.

Stage or Ship

Parts staged for forming, welding, or machining in-house — or packaged and shipped to you. Most jobs turn around in 1–3 business days.
