Metal Fabrication.
Raw plate in. Finished assembly out.
Fabrication is the core of what we do. Cutting, forming, welding, and assembling metal into parts and structures that work in the real world — since 1963, all under one roof in Canton, Georgia. One-off prototypes or long production runs, the process is the same: built to print, built to last.

Fabrication Capabilities
Everything stays
in-house.
When fabrication is split across multiple shops, quality slips between hand-offs. We cut it, form it, weld it, blast it, and paint it here — so we own the outcome at every step and you get parts that match the drawing every time.
- Laser and plasma cutting for precise, clean blank profiles on any gauge
- Press brake forming for accurate bends, flanges, and structural geometry
- TIG and MIG welding — the right process selected for each joint and material
- Bead blasting in-house removes mill scale before paint — no subbing out
- Industrial paint applied in our booth — parts leave ready to install or ship
- Prototypes and production runs handled the same way — no shortcuts on either
Plate to finished part.
Every fabrication job follows the same four-step flow — starting the moment material hits the shop floor and ending when the finished part passes final inspection.
Cut & Profile
Laser or plasma cutting gets the base shapes right. Parts are cut to drawing dimensions from raw stock — plate, tube, bar, or structural.
Form & Bend
Press brake forming creates bends, flanges, and structural profiles with consistent angles and radii. Setups are documented for production repeatability.
Weld & Assemble
Components are fit, tacked, and fully welded per procedure. Multi-piece assemblies are built up progressively and checked against the drawing at each stage.
Finish & Ship
Parts are bead blasted, painted, and inspected before leaving the shop. We deliver locally or ship nationwide — parts arrive ready to use.
Fabrication Applications.
Machine Bases & Frames
Heavy structural bases, equipment frames, and support structures fabricated from steel plate and structural members — built to absorb load and stay level.
Enclosures & Housings
Custom enclosures for controls, equipment, and industrial systems — sheet metal or plate, welded or formed, with cutouts and hardware as needed.
Brackets & Supports
Structural brackets, mounting supports, and gussets built to tight dimensions. Whether it's a one-off or a production quantity, tolerances don't change.
Multi-Piece Assemblies
Complex weldments assembled from multiple components — cut, formed, fit-up, and welded in sequence to produce a single finished assembly ready for delivery.
Prototypes & One-Offs
No minimum order, no upsell to push you into a production run. Single prototypes get the same process, the same inspection, and the same quality as any repeat job.
Production Runs
Repeat orders processed with documented setups and procedures — same dimensions, same weld, same finish, part after part. Production repeatability you can count on.
